Project Tracking

Project Tracking is a web-based system for managing programming and data services requests. The system allows for online entry and query of requests by general users and Systems and Software Resources (SSR) staff. A project request can be to design a new system, modify an existing application, run an existing report program, add/remove Banner security, or setup a scheduler job.

Any person who has access to Banner can access this system. There are two ways to access Project Tracking. First, you can access it directly from Banner GUI either as the selection from the Auxiliary Menu or by typing YPAPROJ in the direct access box. A second way you can access Project Tracking is by a web browser. You can enter the following URL http://My.Scranton.edu. You will need to enter your Banner Web ID and PIN.

Click on the Help Button for details on how to use the system.
